The Phoenix Home Sales Report for October 2019 is now available. Looking back on October, there was a total of (1833) listings sold equating to a +7.8% increase in Sold Listings compared to October of 2018 (1700). However, when looking at the year-to-date total # of sales compared to 2018 (18,918), sales only increased slightly by +.5% in 2019 to a total of 19,012. The year-to-date average sales price jumped up to $313,850, a 5.6 % increase from $297,203. The average sales price from the month of October 2018 compared to October 2019 increased 5.12% from $311,034 to $326,950. Home sales priced between $400,000 to $750,000 had the highest number of sales increases at at 20.9%. Median Sales price for October 2019 was $265,000 compared to $249,700 in October of 2018 representing a 6.13% increase. Year-to-date median sale price for October 2019 was $256,900 compared to $244,550 in October of 2018 representing a 5.05% increase.
